We develop locally today. When we go live, we'll deploy on GCP Cloud Run in the me-central2 region (Dammam, Saudi Arabia) — keeping all Saudi user data within the Kingdom. At scale (50K+ users), we migrate to GKE for horizontal scaling. Zero-downtime migration path is built into the architecture from day one.
